Aligator cum cocktail:
1 shot vodka or white rum
1 part midori
1 part pineapple juice
Serve in a glass with a salted rim and then spray whipped cream on top for maximum effect.
Its much sweeter than the real thing but still has a nice salty aftertaste. I think OP will quite enjoy it

3/4 oz lime juice

3/4oz dry gin
3/4oz (Luxardo) Bitter Bianco (can use aperol/campari or amaro, but it's not the same flavour and will turn the colour into murky swamp water)

1/2-3/4oz Midori / melon liqueur
