Put your fat in, let it warm up
Add eggs, let the white start too cook around the edges
Add liquid, water or stock etc
Cover until cooked to your liking, for me it's when the yellow starts to form a slightly white film
Prior to this I'd tried everything including seasoning the pan with lard every time before cooking.
