Get into skyr and greek yogurt. I pound that shit when I'm trying to put on muscle. Lean meat cut thin and stir fried with vegetables and sauce. You can do a lot with this. Grill meat. Smoke meat. Just don't eat too much. Only eat when hungry. Be honest when you're feeling a craving vs actually being hungry. That's a balance that will take a long time to figure out. Drink a lot of water. It's good for you to pee a lot. Eat as much leafy greens and berry salads as you can tolerate. It's great for you. Develop a taste for it. Find a way to make salad greens work for you. Spring mix. I like cranberries, blue cheese, walnuts. I don't like dressing. The point of a salad is to be refreshing. Heavy creamy dressings are garbage.

After a decade of lifting weights fairly consistently I'm very happy with this.

I make a shitload of egg white only egg drop soups with some lentils.

>1 tsp Maggi sauce
>A carton of liquid egg whites
>1 tsp oil
>1/2 minced white onion
>2 cloves minced garlic
>crushed red pepper
>1 can (or 1 cup dry lentils)

Nets you something like 40g protein per 400kcal last time I tried it. Lentils are just the cheapest high protein shelf stable thing I enjoy
