Cinnamon (the smallest amount), cocoa, and coffee. Absolutely incredible savory flavor. S tier if you smoke your own chuck roast before shredding it and adding all the fat+juices alongside the meat. Pintos beat black beans here.

Top with cheddar cheese, a glob of sour cream, chopped white onion, and a few splashes fermented hot sauce. Sometimes put a cup or two of cooked rice in the bottom of the bowl for an even heartier meal.

Skyline adds clove and other weird stuff. The end result is damn good, but, on par with the aforementioned trifecta.

I really enjoy living in SE Ohio. Great people, great food, tons of local infrastructure to survive apocalypse, every home has a basement, open carry will be statewide in June and its cheap as fuck.
