whats your dishwashing strategy?
obviously clean as you go is popular for good reason but that always work out
if i have a buildup i will
>clean glasses and big things like mixing bowls that arent super filthy just to get them out of the way
>organize and soak anything that needs soaking including all the utensils no matter what
>dry and put away whats been done
>clean the soaked utensils
>drain the soakwater
>clean the utensils again
>clean plates and bowls and whatever else is left
>probaly dry and put away again to make room for
>pots pans etc cleaning in order from cleanest to filthiest
if i have some really filthy shit ill let that soak on its own ouside of the sink and wash those at the very end

also for rinsing i don't use a basin a just put them in a basket and spray everything with fresh hot tap water when it fills up

>stack dishwasher

all apartments in real cities have dishwashers in them, anon.
also, why are you posting ugly and trashy girls?

I prep everything before I light the element. I also wipe down the area where I was prepping. As an ingredient gets used (vegetables) the bowl gets rinsed and goes into the dish rack. Anything with meat or anything like garlic, onion, spices on it gets put to the side. When lid goes on or dish goes in the oven I will rinse all the utensils under hot water with a brush and stack next to the sink, same with the other dishes. Everything gets rinsed with hot water and a brush whether it goes in the dishwasher or if it gets washed by hand. I have a tiny kitchen and have become ultra effecient.

Plates and skillets and lids and cutting boards first, basically anything that's near-flat and can be racked close together.
Bowls, strainers, pots -- starting with the smallest and working my way up so they can be racked like side-facing Russian dolls.
Cups and glasses and mugs usually wind up on a towel on the counter for what won't fit in the rack.
Silverware and cutlery last as they've been soaking the whole time.
