Juice it. The vitamin U of cabbage is incredibly healing to the digestive tract, known to heal ulcers and more. The only hassle is slicing the cabbage into bits that can fit into the chute of standard juicers, very time-consuming!

Just a simple slaw: shredded cabbage, onion, grated carrot, grated apple, oil, vinegar, cayenne. If you wanna get weird, beets, parsnips, celeriac. Great hot dog topping too

Caramelised cabbage is apparently really good. Maybe you could do a sort of bruschetta on sourdough with them. Not sure what would go good with them though cause I’ve never caramelised cabbage before

I've had grape stuffed dolma but I didn't know cabbage was traditional as well
