Tips and tricks for a single man doing groceries on a budget?
Let's say 80 dollars a month maximum.
I know the bare minimum to survive, I'd like to hear from my favourite ck autists about their groceries tips

abuse new customer bonuses on things like uber eats/doordash/instacart
some grocery stores have a curbside pickup discount of 20-30 dollars for first-timers that also have terrible duplication security
bulk rice + beans + chicken from costco, they do a 20 dollar enrollment 2-3 times a year and you'll recoup the money in savings very quickly

Rice, eggs flour, butter, milk, canned beans, pastas, 30 bucks in protein and the rest in cheap veggies

Eggs, bulk frozen veggies, flour, learn basic bread or pasta. Lentils and beans.
You can likely live off of this.

What? I spend that much in a week (in leafbucks). Ask your grocer about deals where you can buy older/soon to expire product for cheap. My grocers deli rotates their stock on thursday so Thursday night is the time to buy cheap meat. Though, for 80/week, you should avoid meat altogether. Go eat ketchup packets from a fast food restaurant - they're free and full of sugar.

Gonna try doing this, eating chipotle two days and just broccoli and cucumbers for the rest.

I wonder how Schwab's flesh would taste.

Wait for specials to stock up on meat. I still have some ground beef frozen from when it was being sold for $1/lb because it was on its sell-by date.

Eggs, chicken, fresh veggies and a large bag of rice.

Grab a flyer at the beginning of the week and shop using that. Grocery stores have specials all the time. Especially on meat becauss its time sensitive. A large package if chicke breasts can make enough chicke for 3+ days depending on portions.

I live on about 20 a week. Get on Adderall, eat once a day.

Bigass bag of oats. Cheap and quick to prepare. If you really need to save money use water instead of milk to prepare. Syrup as a sweetener. Add berries if you want more nutrients. A bitch to clean, though.

Better swallow your pride and start hitting up food banks, pal.
That being said, buy starches and carbs in bulk and cook them yourself. Potatoes, oats, flour, rice, corn, etc. If you need to vary things up, buy simple but flavorful vegetables like carrots, garlic, and onions. Buy whey protein and use it to supplement your largely meat-free diet.
