How do you guys like my shawarma? I didn't have steak or pita bread so just did what I could. It turned out well :)

How is shawarma usually made? It's basically the Arab equivalent of a burrito right? You get a flour-based wrap, stuff whatever you like in it, heat it up and eat it?

the tortillas/flatbread are a little thicker
i prefer using a turkish pizza ('lahmacun') instead of flatbread
