1) Crinkle cut fries are the worst type for a HSP
2) That looks like yogurt sauce. The only proper sauce for a HSP is toum. The rest are inferior.
2a) But you got a big amount of sauce. Which is a plus.
3) It doesn't look like they've thrown in other shit like rice or cheese. IMO the only suitable additions to a HSP are onions and/or jalapenos.

It's not a HSP, its kebab fries. Crinkle cut are the fucking best. That's the "house special mayo". This is the optimal version. I fucking hate when they throw in straight puffy fries and watered down kebab sauce which fucking decimates the fries into a mash.

Because it's just not a HSP. Calling this a HSP is like calling the stuff in this image pasta carbonara. There shouldn't be garlic sauce or cheese, just fries, kebab, mayo and maybe salad if u want.
