Big Papa Sloppa here, I hope you guys have been making lots of sloppas. I made bang bang chicken tonight. I think there's an Americanized version of bang bang chicken that's fried and has mayonnaise, but I made the authentic Chinese version.

It's called bang bang chicken, because you bang on the chicken with a rolling pin to break it up after poaching it.

These days I prefer sloppa. Just easier to eat. Having your main dish and side dishes all together. No worry about getting the right amounts.
