eh kinda but with fritos and more of a chili frito casserole with shredded cheese on top and nachos are more of a plate of chips with cheese sauce then some sprinkles of beef and peppers over it.
It doesn't seem like much of a difference but it's different enough to warrant a different name

I eat a bowlful as is and sometimes make a burrito out of the rest with some cheese, ground beef is pretty cheap where i live so this is a cheap af, well-rounded meal

just make sure you keep frying it after the water had evaporated, so that it goes brown.

I no longer use the word 'brown' as a verb, because to most people it means 'to cook until it turns grey and then stop'.

Soupy rice.

Fry ground beef until it's completely browned. Deglaze pan with tasty liquid or water and add to beef.

Saute onions and whatever the fuck else you want.

Mix up a nice blend of super savory enhancers like miso paste, soy sauce, anchovies, etc.

Add it all the a pot of rice in your rice cooker.

Cook rice. Wa la. Amazing sloppa.
