no, we went to blockbuster a lot and my dad was openly racist so i thought it was normal for a movie store to advertise its racism to the world. i had no concept of what a "blockbuster" film was

Yes. Arby's isn't poor people's fast food so the type of people who usually come in are older retired people or attractive professionals

Its annoying how piss poor they are with franchise quality control. When you're in one of their test markets, you get Arby's that serve beer, franchisees with custom menus, the best rotisserie chickens, and it easily beats the "fast casual" places like 5 guys and chipotle.

But you get outside of the test markets and people grow up thinking its worse than McD's. They really have a quality control issue.

>Arby's was founded in Boardman, Ohio, on July 23, 1964, by Forrest (1922–2008)[15] and Leroy Raffel. The brothers wanted to call their restaurants "Big Tex", but that name was already used by an Akron business. Instead, they chose the name "Arby's," based on R. B., the initials of Raffel Brothers; although often mistaken for Roast Beef.[16][17][18]

I grew up near one of those. I’d go with my parents almost every week and the food was great and we’d even get dessert. The fries were so crispy and tasty.

After we moved I never knew why we stopped eating it until I moved out and tried one again on my own and the food sucked ass and the restaurant was filthy. I saw an employee fucking sweeping the tables with the same broom he swept the fucking floor with. Told the manager and he didn’t understand the problem with that and asked me if I put my food straight on the table.

this is how literally every fast food place works, I don't know why people even hold opinions about franchises when it all comes down to the tightass 50 year old manager at a particular location that makes the teenagers and single mothers work harder to make the food better
then that manager retires and it goes to hell in two months. there should be some kind of hyper-autistic manager tracker wiki
