My local Japanese ramen place gives these spicy sauce things, they are extremely spicy to me and I can describe the taste as nothing other than pure spiciness. Any idea what it is?

I had these spicy sauces sometimes, it's very broadly called

table top seasonings?
you should add how much you want into the ramen broth, to suit your taste.

some shops make their own. this one might be a mix of spicy bean paste and numbing oil.

Fellow Bongs, what's the best brand of Ramen noodle nests I can easily get? Just made miso Ramen with sharwoods and they were pretty bad, I can't imagine blue dragon being much better. Any ideas?
