Further, all patients improved in multiple other clinically significant health outcome measures, such as HbA1C, body mass index and waist circumference. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6194375/

>hey guys you can cook a steak on a grill or in a frying pan (ain't I clever).

a hack is something like this:
partially freeze meat to make it easier to cube.
dice onions as quick as you can to avoid burning eyes.
If you don't like kneading bread just mix all the ingredients together form a ball and wait 1 hour. the gluten will form by itself. shape and proof as the recipe dictates.
can't get pizza dough to stretch very far? stretch as much as you can without tearing then wait 5 to 10 minutes and stretch it again, repeat until dough is the size you want.
re-use pickle juice to pickle onions when the pickles run out.
use an ice cream disher to make perfect round even sized cookies.
wrap a potato in aluminum foil and place on the exhaust manifold after one hour of driving (baked potato) my dad did the many times (I never found it convenient).
don't know if an egg is still good? place it in water, if it lays down or even stands up it's good. if it floats to the top it's bad.

insulin, which is most closely correlated to carbohydrate levels, is also induced via any meal, and is antagonistic to testosterone and HGH levels. lower insulin throughout the day means higher test and HGH levels throughout the day. the large meal also equating to a larger insulin spike, is conducive to a larger HGH spike during REM sleep, provided the meal and insulin spike arent close enough to REM sleep and HGH spike to antagonize it

insulin sensitivity is worse when you have elevated blood sugars consistently than when you have one large meal in a day instead

for the record, I think OMAD would be a pain in the ass, and I dont do it, but I think its close to ideal, depending on your energy expenditure and needs

You're being repressed, Quik banana milk powder was a common thing in the 80's and 90's and phased out in the US during the early 2000's. It's apparently still sold in other countries though, I've been interested in importing some because the banana kind was my favorite but it would just be cheaper to buy banana flavoring powder from a bubble tea supplier. You can get lots of different flavoring powders from them.

fat fucks with insulin resistance problems and that dont work out should be on keto, and there are other use cases for it, but imo its too extreme a diet to recommend to everyone, and isnt optimal for my personal goals as just one example
