It's vegetarian, which is perfectly okay.
I would want the zucchini to be cut smaller, maybe diced. Those are big chunks.
Italian cuisine is based from the idea of just using what you have available and make it work.

For what you've used, 8/10.
would enjoy with a hard liquor.
