I will not be cooking tonight, were going out to eat and I'll be having beef wellington. I've never had it before and am kind of interested to see how it comes out since its a single serving filet Mignon rather than cooked as the whole tenderloin

I made some beer and cheese risotto last night, it was my first time making risotto and I think it turned out pretty well all things considered. My arm almost fell off after all the stirring, and I'm an idiot because I hate the taste of beer but thought the idea of a beer and cheese risotto sounded good so while the rice came out well and the cheese melted nicely and everything I felt sick after eating some of it because it tasted too much longer beer
