Honestly I would recommend reading up on kidney stones. They are supposedly the most painful experience that many people ever endure. Then once you’ve done that, stop drinking energy drinks. Have one every now and then for a special occasion at most.

I built my tolerance for caffeine up to at least 4 of these fuckers a day, sometimes more, 2 in the morning before work and 2 on the way home. Honestly felt no different really, except maybe tired all the time.
But then I quit cold turkey for like 3 months straight and then gave in and drank my usual 4, next day I was shitting and puking like you wouldn't believe, it was so bad and the dehydration was miserable but I couldn't keep water down, it just came right back up.
So yea, you'll build up a tolerance for caffeine and be tired all the time except for like an hour or two after drinking it.
