Dont drink anything containing sugar and acids outside of meals, you will fuck your teeth up by constantly flushing them with that shit. Drink water. first you make a sugar syrup
1 cup sugar with 1 cup water(i like to reduce the sugar by 1/4 cup)
boil it till sugar dissolves
juice some lemons till you get 1 cup worth of juice
mix the lemon juice and sugar syrup, then add 2 to 3 cups cold water
then let it chill

I just made this recipe about a week ago. It really is fantastic. I know he says a minimum of 2 hours letting the sugar soak the zest, but just do it overnight. This is definitely THE lemonade recipe.

You can make a healthier coca cola at home:
1. Zest a lime
2. Crush coriander and lime zest in a mortar + pestle. Add lime juice to the crushed mix.
3. Caramelize honey in a pan
4. Mix it with the rest
5. Add soda water
Mess with the proportions according to taste.

You can also do a virgin Honey Collins:
1oz Lemon or Lime Juice (preference)
.75oz Honey Syrup (2:1 or 3:1 honey to water)
Top with soda in a highball glass. It will taste better if you shake the honey and lemon with ice but you can just stir for the sake of speed. If you want to make it alcoholic, add 1.5oz of a floral gin like Tanqueray or Hendricks Midsummer, or 2oz of vodka if you dislike gin.
