What's your go-to recipe/method for mashed taters? I've been a real fan of using a ricer lately along with adding a bit of horseradish for some kick.

I don't do milk or cream or anything. Sometimes I'll mix in some diced chive or other fresh ürbs if I have any on hand. Good way to get rid of parsley because they sell it in gigantic bushels and you gotta use it up before it goes off
