Probably doesn't taste great, less ingredients doesn't always mean better. Most chocolate contains vanilla flavouring to boost the sweet notes of cocoa while smoothing out the harsh bitterness, especially important in dark chocolate like this (or as they call it "plant based" chocolate). It's so common that we're used to it, chocolate tastes kinda weird without vanilla.

Also nitpicky but it's strange they listed cocoa butter as an ingredient separate to cocoa bean, could keep it as one ingredient or separate it into cocoa powder and cocoa butter instead.
