I love subway and think almost all of their sandwiches are great, but it really depends on the subway. I've been to a few subways that burned the fuck out of their bread, had rancid tasting meat, and old, gross vegetables. Subways are everywhere, though, so if you find a bad one you just go to the next one up the street.

I actually enjoy subway but it really depends on the worker making your sandwich. If they do a good job then the sandwich is usually good. Also, you basically have to order online and use a coupon code for your sandwich otherwise you get ripped the fuck off. The subway I go to has an online code where you get a footlong with side and drink for 8 bucks, which is like almost 5 dollars less than you would pay for the same thing without the coupon.

Here in nonflyoverville we have dozens of hoagie shops that all allow you to customize your order and the quality is different between each one even when ordering the same sandwich. I guess when S*bway is the only option you have in Nowheresville Indiana you're forced to accept the responsibility of shittiness falls on the customer rather than the establishment.

I had a friend who actually worked at one. He said it was always dead because people in my area know what a good hoagie tastes like.
