A local company makes some kino cheese and jalapeno bagels, but jalapeno makes my tummy hurt :(

Everything bagel, toasted IN THE GOD DAMN OVEN...with a fried egg, slice of cheddar, and a piece of top round steak...no, not trolling.

Philadelphia cheese with and tomato

Toasted with cream cheese or another cheese like a sharp cheddar melted on it. A few slices of a good tomato on top with salt and cracked pepper. And if I have some a few leaves of fresh basil.
I also like to toast bagels and put homemade hummus on it in place of cheese. Tomato on top of that too with some feta crumbles and chopped thai (bird's eye) chilies.

How's salmon on bagels? Does it have to be smoked?
