If you want to drink it plain put it in your freezer, else it's for mixers. "Regular" vodka consumers are called alcoholics and don't drink it for the taste.

I like getting a mickey of this local vodka "french laundrey" except us locals call it "dirty laundry" then I leave it out in the -15 to -40 Canadian snow while I sip some beers. Then after awhile ill tak it out and glug back a few drinks....Its not somthing I do for the taste, in fact its the opposite, I find that as far as booze go's its got the least amount of flavor...and thats OK

If you need the best out of Vodka, try making a mojito. I too hated Vodka until a friend of mine made a mojito with it and it tasted like heaven. It's a drink made to be mixed with other ingredients, just like others tell on here.
