Would a woman be able to feel FULL, from some combination of sucrose or glucose inserted vaginally?

I am not asking if it would get infected, or if she would die from it, I am simply asking that - if enough sweetener is inserted into a woman's shamehole, will she be able to feel full from that, since the vagina can absorb stuf.
