How the fuck do I cook this shit? Everything I search for or find on YouTube is in shell Asian dishes. Had no idea this was sea snails, thought it was random cuts of fish.

Can I deep fry these and just throw them over some rice with sauce?

Why do you retards keep buying things when you have no idea what they are or how to use them?

You're supposed to cook the periwinkles and pull the meat out with a... well I actually liked yanking it out with a dental pick. I recommend eating them raw over rice like sushi and seasoning it with drain cleaner.

This. Fucking this. Or learn to use search engines.

those look like they would be good in a milk based chowder with corn, potatoes, fresh herbs, cracked pepper, etc. throw some soda crackers on top.

Chill man. I bought these 2 years ago after moving to a new country and barely understanding English. They were right between fish and prawns.

They're semicooked, says 'blanched' on the pouch.

They're blanched, meaning they're already partly cooked.
Snail meat, like octopus/squid, turns into rubber if cooked too long.
It'd say defrost them and put em in a stew a few minutes before you take it off the heat.
The chowder idea mentioned by anon here >>17313685 sounds interesting too. Just add them near the end and don't let them stay too long on the fire.
