A fryup I made a few months ago, I don't make them that often cos I don't stomach much in the mornings, but I happily leave out the bacon and hashbrown for fried bread and mushrooms.
Fruity brown sauce too.

i do bacon instead of sausage and then rub the toast in the bacon grease and then do the eggs in that pan, meanwhile i have been heating beans in another pot and i add salt pepper and a bit of hot sauce then assemble. lightly buttered toast-bacon-beans-eggs simple as.
