I'm very much a creature of habit in the morning. Oatmeal every day for roughly 40 years. Lunch is damned near always a salad. Dinner varies, but is frequently some form of chicken and rice.

how do you make oatmeal properly i have steel cut oats and it just tastes bad and soggy

>> No.17292220

Buy the Quaker oats packets, tardo.

>> No.17292236

I eat the same breakfast every weekday morning at workplace
>cup of old fashioned quaker oats
>cup of whole milk
>put in fridge 10-15 min to absorb milk
>put spoon of peanut butter in
>microwave for 30 seconds to soften PB a tiny bit and make oatmeal a little warm but still soupy

despite eating it every day for years i am still very sensitive to oatmeal if it isnt soupy enough. when it starts to get sticky like glue, i hate the texture and cant choke it down

also everyone makes fun of me for eating the same thing every single morning

This diet is better than most people who eat junk food. I don't understand why you are making fun of him when this is normal for many people, do you want him to eat Soupe à l'oignon or some shit?

I eat one meal a day on weekdays, just a very large breakfast burrito right when i get home from work. And a cup of coffee.
>extra large tortilla
>2 eggs, ~1/3 lbs ground breakfast sausage or chorizo
>american cheese
>lately I've been adding cabbage just to get some more fiber in my diet

it's completely bleak and lacking any imagination or effort

the thought process behind it is actually palpable, and beyond frightening

>uhm, I don't wanna become vegan, because it takes effort, but eating red meat is too risque in the current cultural climate
>chicken!!!
>need some kind of condiment
>what takes the least effort?
>white rice!
>gonna need some kind of vegetable too!
>what is the veggie that children typically hate?
>broccoli!!!
>I will eat broccoli, because I am not a child anymore, I'm a normal adult human being
>gonna drink a glass of milk too, because I heard it helps you sleep
