Pic related is a cheap run of the mill restaurant meal in my town, it cost me roughly 45 pesos (slightly above $2) and it kept full until night and I'm a pretty thin guy, it's not super healthy (In hindsight I would have replaced the pasta for a bigger serving of pumpkins) but if you compare it to a McDonald's meal of the same price it's not too bad nutrition wise.
