it changes a lot depending on what i wanna cook but the standards are
>eggs
>cheese (in bricks, usually 2-3 different ones that often include cheddar, butterkase, smoked gouda, fresh mozzarella, parmesan, chevre)
>green lentils
>broccoli
>cucumbers (english)
>arugula
>summer sausage
>some kind of meat (bone-in chicken thighs are common, as are chuck roast and a variety of pork products)
>butter
>oats
>triscuits for eating the summer sausage and maybe the cheese with
>big ole tortillas
>pasta (rotini or farfalle usually)
>cans of tomatoes for making pasta sauce/pizza sauce/lentil soup
>onions (varieties differ depending on what i'm doing with them)
>beer
>fresh herbs depending on what i'm doing, basil, parsley, or thyme usually)
>lemons or limes
>a few Jack's frozen pizzas (spicy italian sausage)

sometimes:
>fruit (red pears and bananas are most common)
>restock of dry spices (frequent use are oregano, chili flakes, chili powder, paprika, coriander, basil, cayenne, and cumin, but i work at a restaurant and usually just pilfer half pints of them from there)
>hard liquor (gin, rye whiskey, campari, fernet, vermouth)
>naked juice (green machine, i usually drain the whole thing in the car pretty much as soon as i get in)
>bread (if i don't feel like making it)
>potatoes (russets, sometimes reds if i'm boiling or roasting them)
>dry whole chilis for making hot sauce/most mexican food
>impulse candy (jelly beans or some shit like that, de la rosa peanut butter marzipan if i'm at the mexican grocery)
>half gallon of orange or grapefruit juice
>sparkling water (topo chico is like expensive but i can get a 24 pack for like 16 buck at restaurant depot)
>packets of ramen (usually buldak if i'm at the asian store or the mexican store, the double spicy chicken makes my butthole leak fire tho)
Plus i keep a 50lb bag of ap flour for bread and pizza dough and a 20lb bag of jasmine rice
