I only ever use minced veal to make hotdogs and other sausages.

Fry it up and feed it to vegans while telling them its Beyond Meat.

Honestly pan fried ground veal in some mac and cheese sounds pretty good. You could also make meatballs for a pasta dish or patties for burgers

My mom would sometimes make golabki with a mix of half ground pork and half ground veal but honestly, I couldn’t tell the difference between the ones with veal or ground beef.

Is that what cabbage rolls are called? When I was a kid my mom made an Americanized housewife version of them in that they had the same (maybe simpler) ingredients and it was done more casserole style and served with mashed potatoes instead of having rice on the inside.

It seems we can hotdish just about any ethnic food lol.

Pretty much a waste of money as dishes with ground meat are often seasoned strongly and the kinda weak taste of the expensive veal gets lost. Also never seen the point of using stupid combinations like 1/3 each pork, veal and beef as you can't get the flavour of the veal anyways, because beef overpowers it.
Best use of ground veal would be making sausage from it like weisswurst.

>>17264232 this. Meatballs or meatloaf would be excellent. Also as part of filling for pastries, pasta, or cottage pie. If going with pasta, mushroom cream sauce with some fortified wine like marsala or sherry to deglaze the pan. Paired with some broccoli or a bitter lettuce salad would be nice.
