I'm not really a collector. I just have several popular name brands because I eat eggs for breakfast every single day, and like to switch things up depending on my mood.

there's one of those stinky ethnic markets down the road that I've never considered stepping foot in, but when I needed to find some of El Yuc black sauce (which is really hard to find in Aus) a friend told me they had it at this maket.

Whelp, they have aisles of hot sauces, a lot of them are US and South American sauces I've never seen in Aus before.

I don't collect shit but I like to keep my El Yuc stocked and some Marie Sharpe's too

Soon my chillies will be fully grown, and I can make my own hot sauces.
Anyone got an kino sauce recipes?
How offputting would it be if the sauce was purple or black?

I have never brought hot sauce, or any condiment, in my life. I steal them from chain pubs

Hot sauce tastes good on almost nothing. Like vinegar and not much else. And I like spicy stuff, I put chili's on almost every major meal, and I like making indian and thia curries.

When I'm feeling lazy I put it in canned mackeral or sardines. And even then Im grabbing half stale saltines and a bottle of hot sauce in them back of my pantry that some acquaintance bought for me years ago.

So beyond "look how spicy I can eat!" taste matters way more than spice, and that shit has a decent taste for dirt cheap. Spicier shit has garbage flavor.
