Recently I've taken to stuffing whole cloves of fresh garlic in gordal olives, I can eat a whole bulb of garlic this way no problem. I don't like store bought stuffed olives because the garlic loses a lot of its flavor and soaks up a lot of the brine so they end up tasting too salty.

From my experience Spanish garlic is by far the easiest to peel. Italian is slightly more difficult unless it's almost too aged, and Chinese is annoying as fuck to peel and tastes like garbage.
