I'm legitimately interested in how you like to prepare your tripe or whatever. Where do you buy it and does it smell as vile as chitlins while it's being prepared?
I've had menudo before but never intestine tacos. Menudo is great if prepared correctly but I don't know if I'd like that texture in a taco.
