I think it's a fantastic strategy for grilled cheese. You pre-butter the uncooked side, placing strategic pads in the center and both sides, then when you flip, you don't have to worry about even butter distribution. It's a pretty genius move and something I hope op takes public and changes the grilled cheese game for the foreseeable future.
