This Mexican grill near me has touted "The World's Best Tacos" on thier menu: corn tortillas, melted Monterrey Jack cheese, mix cabbage, caramelized onions, fine skirt steak, topped with mango salsa and Cotija cheese. I was iffy about the mango salsa at first, but it really completes the flavor profile; I tried it without and it just isn't the same. They also have some korean short rib tacos with asian coleslaw on top that are pretty damn tasty.
