Ah, yes, a cheese pie. There will always be leftovers, as cheese pies are quite substantial. A pizza on the other hand is a meal in itself and can be finished by 2-4 people depending on size.

Well, yes, that holds some truth. Every other person I see every day is fat to some extent.
What's absolutely hilarious is when foreigners claim our food tastes bad. Think about it. Do people choose to get fat eating foul-tasting food?
The cup runneth over here my guy, even the trashiest of fast food is on par with whatever a little family owned joint can whip up in most of Europe, South America and mist of Asia, hence why American chains are so popular in those places.
It's all unhealthy as fuck though, I don't claim otherwise. But, it's bountiful and tastes good.

dumbest shit i've ever heard, americans do seem to get dumber day after day. where i live almost no one goes to our local burger king and only a handfull eat at our l.ocal mcdonalds and subway yet you got to wait for half an hour until you get a fucking döner in some lopcals, hell even small döner foodtrucks manage to get more customers than these big food chains.

I like you anon. I passed through your city (and its suburbs) a few times. Knowing almost nothing about Shy-town and its geography beforehand, the lake and the beach were a surprise the first time. (Cute, no cap. Happening upon it by surprise, it seemed like Shell Beach from "Dark City.") And the "L" adds a unique visual element; no other city's "sub"way looks quite like that. It would be nice to return for a proper visit and see the sights.

Foodwise, I was disappointed only because we were passing through very late, and it seemed like every pizza joint was already closed by midnight. So no deep-dish for me. But I did find a "Polish"-ish sausage joint that was open late for drunk clubbers and got a few pounds of nice greasy dogs, very nice.
