When I was a kid my grandma was an executive at a very large kitchenware wholesaler/rep agency. In the 90's and 2000s she worked with pretty much every big name tv chef on food network. She FUCKING HATES Alton Brown. Apparently he would walk around kitchenware tradeshows and literally just steal shit from booths. If he got caught he would say that he would probably use it for an episode of his TV show so that counted as compensation.
