I eat sardines out of the tin before throwing back a piping hot mug of black coffee and stalking straight out the door. No tooth brushing, I don't care. At lunch I will typically get something like a salami sausage and just take hulking bites out of it. I don't wash the garlic smell off my hands, I don't care. Dinner could be many things. Pizza. Chili. Simply packets of Doritos with salsa, even. Always at home while watching my DVDs of movies that are cancelled on streaming services. Women are always asking me to go out with them for dinner. No thanks. I just push them away, I don't care.

I drink lots of vodka. That cleans out my system, and even cleans my teeth (I haven’t brushed in years, and haven’t had a cavity since).

I also eat a liverwurst sandwich pretty much every day – to counterbalance the effects the vodka has on my liver. I make my sandwiches on seeded rye (because it’s the healthiest bread), with mayo (because eggs are the best protein; I use kewpie, because the msg makes it taste better), coarse mustard (good for the white blood cells), zucchini pickles (because they taste good), and a bunch of baby spinach (just for filler; it could honestly be left out).

I also eat a lot of canned fish (mostly sardines, but also the occasional fancy smoked oysters) on saltines. They give you all your essential amino acids, and provide a nice opportunity to try out various hot sauces, which are generally very low in calories, while high in flavor and immensely prodigious to healthiness.

Aside from that, I drink large amounts of water (anywhere between ice-cold to slightly chilled) every day, always through a straw, and sometimes with a lemon wedge.

To each their own, I say, but I’m just shy of 30 and am doing better than most of you.

If the "grindset" is to be believed wouldn't it make sense that that kind of person only eats the bare minimum in order to attain more wealth?
If the meme is about a man who does what he wants on his own to attain as much power and wealth as possible, it would make sense he would continue to subsist off of beans and rice even after becoming a multi-millionaire. And then just gun down anyone who asks him why.

Like I said, i'm going off of the "grindset" section of the meme. In truth my understanding of this archetype is mostly from /wsg/. Many users there seem to insist upon the idea that a "sigma" is mainly concerned with wealth to leave others behind more easily.
Incidentally, I can think of plenty of reasons why one would care about both of those things, but then again I don't consider myself a "sigma". What do you consider a "sigma"?

Right so well, for breakfast I had a cigarette and coffee(black), I had a gas station meatball sub for lunch cause there was a thread here trashing meatball subs and it put me in the mood for one. For dinner so far I've eaten a rotisserie chicken loaded with Tabasco, and a little knorr rice (creamy broccoli or something). For dessert I had a tin of smoked baby clams and sardines, and a couple pickled eggs, and a pinch of giardinarie or however it's spelled hot mix. Washing it down with a 30 rack of lucky Streak, currently on 10 I think. Might have thrown a few out I've got 9 empties so next to me though
