Do I put them in the fridge or on the counter like fermentation? Still warm. Brine if salt dill and pickling mix plus water and apple cider viniger.

I am going to leave them on the counter for a couple weeks and then fridge when I open them. Its half vinegar was sterilized before I did it. Should be ok at room temp until I open it.

Also what the fuck is the trick to hard boiling and peeling eggs. Small layer comes off like half the time. I tried going right from scalding water to ice bath and it maybe helped a little but not much.
