OP, you are not crazy. A good Key Lime Pie should be a very light green color, stiff but not ridged, creamy but not sticky. The crust should be golden brown and flaky but hard enough for the pie to keep its shape out of the tin. The pie should be a balance between tart and sweet. I like mine more on the tart side, love seeing a judge give a slightly puckered smile!

There are some really amazing recipes out there, and I have a few I can DM you! If you ever want to make one yourself, we can Zoom so we can make it together . Key Lime Pie should be more appreciated!

This thread made me realise that I say cream pie the food (note the spacing) differently as compared to creampie the sex act (note the lack of spacing).
In my mind, the food has a stop between 'cream' and 'pie' while the sex act is said all in one go. Like... I don't say 'banana creme pie' or 'Boston creme pie' or 'coconut cream pie' the same way I would say 'I'm gonna creampie that cunt.' does that make sense?
