Where do I get small, brown sausage like this? I used to eat these at my company's cafeteria before covid. But when I go to the super market, it's only gigantic red sausages. Where do I get tiny brown ones like these? Are these actually chicken sausages? Have I been eating chicken sausages this whole time?

They're generally called "link" sausages.

I get Jimmy Dean pork link sausages (pic related), but there is also a lower fat alternative, turkey link sausages. I actually get the turkey versions.
