most grocery stores around me will sell these by just forming the same ground beef using some big presses, it's exactly the same as all the other ground beef they sell
I'll buy it when it's cheaper than the regular stuff, which happens when they make a load of them before a typical grilling holiday or they just make too many for whatever reason and they are on sale
quite often they are priced the same $/lb anyway as it's just a way for them to sell more beef by offering the same thing twice

>> No.17075243

reasonable in your case then. My mother used to buy some factory-packaged pre-formed patties that were nasty specifically because she refused to treat her arthritis and it just got harder for her to form the patties herself.

>> No.17075270

Keep the beef raw and make raw burgers.
>brioche hamburger buns
> garlic salt and crushed black pepper seasoned on the slightly sweet buns
>either sliced red bell peppers or jalapenos, or both, either on top of the meat or mashed into it
>raw egg yolk poured onto beef (if you like)
Perfect burger right there.

Make Bolognese sauce. Try Chef John's recipe that is inspired by Marcella Hazan, it is pretty good. You really do need to simmer it for 5 hours though it makes it super good.

Meatball sandwich

>ground beef
>chopped onion
>chopped parsley
>chopped garlic
>chopped chilli pepper
>shredded parmigiano cheese
>ground bread crumbs
>1 egg
>salt
>pepper
>canned tomato / puree

Place beef and veg in a bowl, add the egg and use it to mix everything into the beef. Roll out the beef into balls and set aside. Heat up a skillet and brown the balls. Add the canned tomato and basil to the skillet and finish cooking the meatballs in the tomato. Place meatballs in toasted french bread and add sauce to your liking, then serve.

Just break it up and chop 3 oz or so of beef liver into it. Pan fry it all with some butter or ghee.
Shit's tasty. If you want to have a real balanced nice meal then put it on a sweet potato with extra butter.
Love the taste of liver.
