Unfortunately no. Wild turkey used to be my go to for a while but now I'm too lazy to drive to the liquor stores that carry the smaller portion bottles and I know if I get a full size I'll down it and get withdrawals the next day. Just went with some jim beam instead.

Anyone here big into Scotch? I like the smokey ones, like Laphroiag.and Talisker. I think they're called Islay scotches. Tried Lagavulin 16 recently, good stuff but still prefer the other two I mentioned. Looking for some more recommendations.

I remember sipping picrel while playing some Everquest. Man those were some comfy times.

Technically the Laphroaig is an Islay and Talisker is an Isle or Island.

Ardbeg is the obvious rival to Laphroaig, though Laphroaig is smokier (and I prefer it overall, though many people prefer Ardbeg)

Problem is Laphroaig is a little one note. Talisker 10 wasn't as smokey but still pretty smokey, and had a more complex flavor profile overall. Think the Talisker is even cheaper than Laphroaig actually.
