Smoked oysters are the unsung heroes of the canned seafood world and they don't get the respect and recognition they deserve

I've never even seen canned oyster before. Surely that's not a good idea

The fuck are you talking about?
I’ve never known anyone who will eat or enjoy smoked oysters straight from a can; they’re always used as a “supporting” ingredient in a more complex recipe.

Hey OP, smoked oysters are pretty good, but you gotta be careful where you get them from. Since oysters are filter feeders, they can absorb nasty things like cadmium, lead, and other heavy metals if harvested near industrial areas. The picture you posted comes from China where they are one of the most contaminated producers of oysters because of all the shit they dump into rivers/oceans. Try and look for a brand from an area you would be comfortable eating oysters from although they will be more expensive, you at least won’t be unknowingly fucking up your health.

Your idea of a normal person is not a normal person. It's a person feigning civility because they don't want to deal with the repercussions of being an ass when they say what they really think.
