I don't usually drink energy drinks (or coffee or anything with caffeine) but once in about every 2-3 months I go on a monster ultra binge drinking 8 of them a day and then feeling like shit for 3 days.

Depends on the dosage and person, it just isn't hygiene.
I'm not sure if it varies from person to person, but I couldn't help but subconsciously grind my teeth when I was at the worst of it. It's a very common symptom. I even tried pic related, but I would just end up breaking them up over a few days.
I brushed and flossed the whole time, so I still have all my teeth and they look fine from a glance, but I had to get a few fillings from wearing them down, and my last dentist discretely told me that until he had some experience with me over time, he would be unwilling to perform corrective surgery which could require anesthesia, as that can kill people on meth.

That's not entirely true. Yes, the lack of personal care is certainly a big thing, but Meth notoriously wrecks your imune system and the functioning of your liver and other organs. It has much more far-reaching effects to your body than just the intoxication you feel. Your entire body and how it manages it's self-repairing systems (which is something any living organism does constantly) is affected. That's why it's visible on your skin, teeth, nails, hair etc. so heavily.
