dude, the entire layer of 'cheese' and 'pepperoni' is a solid block of burnt crust on top of a huge layer of watery marinara that has soaked into the bread so that the toppings are stiff waxy salt and the crust is mushy wonderbread, it's like he somehow managed to cook the pizza backwards, literally five seconds out of the oven and it still doesn't physically behave like a pizza when he cuts it, all you can see is the mealy sponge bread underneath the blackened chunks of microwaved pepperoni embedded in the most unnatural stage of cheese i've ever seen in my fucking life.

this fucking retard bought a pile of shit out of some display at a grocery store and combined them into something somehow less then the sum of their parts, which wasn't great BEFORE he got a hold of them.

this is EXACTLY what i knew was going to happen when i saw a pile of D grade processed packaged ingredients in front of a retarded christmas tree, and he had posted a thread back when he bought that dumbass tree to put on his countertop, i'd have predicted this exact pizza coming out exactly like it did.

Tonights dinner is going to be good and there is NOTHING you can do about it

>> No.17024671

Looks complicated. I just go to aldi’s and get some flatbreads and spread sauce and toppings and throw it in the oven

>> No.17024715

Good that you're making an effort to prepare it yourself, next time I recommend trying to make the sauce yourself and then move on to making homemade dough. Not as difficult as it might seem!

For a basic pizza sauce all you need is tomato passata, salt, basil, oregano (dried is fine), a dash of olive oil and a finely diced clove of garlic. Or at least that's how I do it, feel free to experiment a bit to your taste.

Also recommend using fresh mozzarella rather than shredded, shouldn't be any more expensive and you'll definitely notice the difference.

That'll be 27.50 usd plus tax plus gas plus electric to power stove and you can only get one pizza out of the ingredients without buying more pizza slather and bread.

Did I get price is right op. Over or under.

He already said it was like $13 for all of it. Which I believe, considering trader Joe's is actually cheaper on some things than a regular grocery store

I don't think slicing the pepperoni be hand makes this homemade you fucking dunce. I can't believe you'd think this is worth posting. And it's all from Trader Joe's so this is the equivalent of buying all the ingredients for a McChicken, assembling it and being proud of your efforts.

You are a dunce, a nunce and YWNBAW.

>Planning days ahead to make the dough.
What? You have 2 options, and both are super easy. You can just double proof it the same day, which takes maybe 2-3 hours max. Or, you can proof it overnight in the fridge. Neither option is hard. And neither option takes a lot of your time. It takes 5 minutes max to put together a good dough. You can do whatever else you want while it's proofing.
The rest is just very simple cooking. There is nothing hard about making pizza sauce, chopping ingredients, or stretching dough. C'mon man!
