Here we have a near complete m'wave egg sandwich.
Notice the pre buttered slices of bread, twice toasted in a toaster for to attain a propper Maillard reaction. A thin layer of mayo was applied to each interior surface, and one side was topped with a slice of kraft cheese product. Then we rested out microwaved egg on top of tge cheese slice. Seasoned it with a few shakes of table salt, and pepper. And it's now ready to be plated.

I think the egg shell color is determined by the breed of the chicken, making it genetic. Diet can have some effect on the color of the yolks too, if I remember right.
