I don't actually care if the food or drink slowly gets cold so long as I know it was hot at the start. And I don't get America's obsession with ice-cold drinks, just slightly colder than room temperature is fine for me.

Besides, if you care about temperature, why are you ordering and waiting 20 minutes for delivery instead of making them yourself?
