I'll sometimes get some box of crackers and eat them on top or try to spread the fish a little. but usually I just eat straight out of the can.
one time mixed them into some Mac n cheese I had and put some black pepper in the mix.

As a normal ingredient for my current meal, but deenz are what I eat mostly when I can't be bothered to make something substantial and have little time, so I microwave, add mustard and hot sauce and eat it like that out of a bowl.

why is deenz cuisine so hilariously bad?
the main staple dish with deenz is deenz on crackers which is literally just fish on crackers
their curry is just deenz in curry is just inferior version of authentic fish curry
even most canned deenz is sprats and not from sardines

why could the sardines not make a satisfactory cuisine?

>> No.17017892

>deenz whole can, i use the oil too for the omega-3
>cherry tomato
>cucumber
>green onion
>finely minced garlic clove

>salt to taste

i chop it all pretty small and eat with either crackers or something like rice/quinoa

>Do they crunch?
Depends on the brand, I've had a few where the different texture of the spine is clearly noticeable but for the most part no, you might not even notice the spines unless you pick them apart.
>Are they like tiny little throat splinters like a normal fish?
Absolutely not. They're soft and at most grainy.
The do sell boneless (and scaleless) versions but you're missing out on nutrition if you get those.

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. The guts and shit are taken out and then it basically sits brine for a quite a while and the bones turn gelatinous and disintegrate when you chew them. You can do it with almost any fish this way. Tuna, Salmon, Anchovies, Trout.
