I put a couple of spoonfuls of honey in my white bread just because the recipe calls for it. Would there be a big difference if I added molasses? I hate sweet bread and cut back on the amount of honey the recipe calls for because I didn't want the bread to have any sweetness. I'm just wondering if molasses would change the taste or texture at all if I put the same amount in there in place of the honey.
